Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume before then. Pack credits are never affected.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrades start right away: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period and get the extra credits at once. Downgrades start at your next billing date.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
No. Plan credits reset every month. Credits from packs never expire.
How do credits arrive on a yearly plan?
Monthly. You pay once for the year, and each month's credits are added when that month starts.
What if a generation fails?
The credits go back to your balance automatically.
